Service commitment
Pinpoint Facilitation Limited aims at all times to respond promptly and accurately to orders and enquiries. Whenever practicable, for deliveries we use carriers with proven reliability and care.

For your greater security when ordering online, your details will be passed to us via a secure server, SagePay or PayPal. All transactions will be carried out in British Pounds (GBP). Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail, complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

Credit Card Security is assured, with sophisticated fraud screening to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details.

On orders placed by phone, we shall only process your card details after checking your order. Goods will not be despatched until the customer's funds paid to Pinpoint Facilitation Limiited have been credited in full.

In the event of error in description or pricing, we shall contact you within 1 working day to confirm the correct information, which shall be applied to the order and invoice(s) will be adjusted accordingly. However, Pinpoint Facilitaton Limited cannot be held responsible for errors due to computer malfunction nor human error.

Despatch and delivery
For delivery of stock items to UK mainland next day, orders must be placed before 12 noon.
However, we cannot be held responsible for damage nor delays caused between time of order, despatch and delivery, for whatever reason. Nevertheless, we shall be happy to accept special instructions, to arrange guaranteed delivery or meet customers' other requirements. Where this incurs a surcharge, this shall be payable by the customer.

Terms of Business relating to Online Orders include:-

  • Payment for orders may be made by Credit Card, Invoice (registered accounts), Cheque or Banker's draft. Terms will be made available with confirmation of order, if requested.
  • We accept all major UK credit cards, with the exception of American Express and Diners
  • Payment may also be made by payment with cheque, cash, invoice or bank transfer
  • Merchandise supplied is manufactured by Neuland GmbH & Co. KG and is covered by their Quality Standards and Warranties
  • The couriers we use have a proven reputation for care, reliability and efficiency
  • In the event of faulty operation of equipment supplied, except where due to misuse by the customer, Pinpoint Facilitation Limited will undertake to repair or replace merchandise at their cost
  • When a customer opts to return all or part of their order for other reasons, the customer shall notify Pinpoint Facilitation Limited within 7 days of delivery and may then return the equipment to the company in merchantable condition and in its original or similarly appropriate packaging  at the customer's expense. Refund shall depend upon these conditions being met by the customer.
  • Merchandise shall remain the property of Pinpoint Facilitation Limited until settlement of relevant invoices in full
  • Pinpoint Facilitation Limited reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice, but will aim to notify customers of these changes whenever possible.

Terms of Business relating to Hire include:-

  • When completing the Hire Form, customers are required to be explicit and comprehensive in confirming their requirements. These details will be confirmed automatically by email to the address stated in the Hire Form.
  • In the event that the customer's requirements are incomplete or inaccurate, Pinpoint Facilitation Limited shall not be responsible for any failures in delivery or collection
  • Pinpoint Facilitation Limited shall calculate the most cost-effective way to fulful the customer's requirements, using the resources available to the company and shall submit a quotation to the customer by phone, fax or email.
  • When the customer approves the quotation, Pinpoint Facilitation Limited shall action the contract. Any variations to the Hire contract by either party must be communicated 24 hours before despatch by courier from Pinpoint Facilitation Limited.
  • The couriers we use have a proven reputation for care, reliability and efficiency
  • Where goods are hired, the customer shall be responsible for the costs of damage and loss and of delays in location and accessibility of delivery and collection points, which shall incur further charges that shall be invoiced and become payable immediately the contract is completed.

Terms of business relating to Event bookings include:-
In the event that you have to rearrange, we offer 50% refund for cancellations earlier than 4 weeks prior to the event.
No refund shall be payable later than 4 weeks prior to the event.
